Single implant
For one missing tooth. The most biological solution, with no filing of the neighbouring teeth.
- 1 implant + 1 crown
- Preserves neighbouring teeth
- Long-lasting
New teeth, anchored naturally in the bone. From a single implant to full-arch rehabilitation, with 3D digital planning.
A dental implant is a thin titanium screw, placed surgically in the jaw bone, that replaces the root of a lost tooth. After a few months of healing, a ceramic or zirconia crown is fixed on top: the visible part, which looks and works like a natural tooth.
Compared with a traditional bridge, the advantage is significant: the healthy neighbouring teeth are not filed down. The implant stands on its own in the bone, like a real root. Medical titanium is very well tolerated, and the bone bonds directly to its surface (osseointegration).
The result: a stable solution for chewing, which can last a very long time when properly cared for, and which protects the bone from the shrinkage caused by a missing tooth.
Whether one tooth or a whole arch is missing, the principle is the same: biological stability and a plan built around your anatomy.
For one missing tooth. The most biological solution, with no filing of the neighbouring teeth.
Replaces 2–4 adjacent teeth with just 2 supporting implants, without loading the neighbouring teeth.
Full-arch rehabilitation on just 4 implants: fixed teeth for people with no teeth left.
For extra stability when the bone allows. Chewing forces are spread more evenly.
Before surgery, the implant has already been “placed” digitally. We start from a CBCT scan, which reconstructs the bone, nerve pathways and sinuses in 3D.
On this model I plan each implant: position, angle, depth and size. Based on the plan, a custom surgical guide is made, which precisely directs placement on the day.
The result: a shorter, less invasive procedure and a predictable outcome.
The implant system is chosen case by case, from premium brands with long-term published clinical studies. The material is medical titanium or a titanium-zirconium alloy, with a micro-textured surface that supports osseointegration.
For you this means two things: a protocol with no improvisation, and components that stay available, so the work can be maintained for many years.
Clear stages with predictable timings, from the first scan to the final crown.
CBCT, digital planning and a written plan with stages, timings and costs.
Guided implant placement under local anaesthetic. Around 30–45 minutes per implant.
3–6 months of healing, with check-ups and a temporary tooth if needed.
Digital impression and fitting of the ceramic or zirconia crown.
As a guide: the implant (premium system) is 3,500 lei and a zirconia crown on the implant is 2,000 lei. 3D guided planning is 400 lei. All-on-4 and All-on-6 are priced at the consultation, depending on the case. See the full list on the Prices page.
The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, so you do not feel pain during it. Afterwards, most patients describe moderate discomfort for a few days, manageable with ordinary painkillers.
Usually 3 to 6 months from placement to the final crown, while the bone integrates with the implant. The exact time depends on bone quality and the case.
In most cases, yes. If the bone has receded, the CBCT scan shows exactly how much bone there is, and the plan can include bone grafting. The consultation gives the exact answer.
