Who we are

What we collect through the website

Through the booking form: your name, phone number, optionally your email, the treatment you want, the chosen day and time and any message you write. We do not request or collect medical data through the website; please do not include it in your message.

Why we use it

Only to contact you to confirm and organise your appointment (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent). We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, except for data that becomes part of your medical record, which is kept as required by law.

Who we share it with

Only providers who help us technically: website hosting (servers in the European Union), the email delivery service (Resend) and, if enabled, Google Calendar for organising appointments.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You can write to us at any time using the contact details above. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (www.dataprotection.ro).

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, security). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only enabled if you consent in the banner shown on your first visit. The Google map only loads when you press “Show map”. Buttons to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
